High Intensity Magnetic Roller Separator

As demand for high-purity feedstocks used in manufacturing continues to increase, We offers its dry high-strength rare earth roller magnetic separators. In product purification applications, these devices provide unmatched efficiency in the separation of weakly magnetic particles. We applied sophisticated finite element analysis to the magnetic circuit design to produce an energy-free sorter capable of generating the extremely high field strengths needed to remove unwanted fine iron contaminants.
 
Magnetic cleaning has applications in the most basic industrial bases such as industrial minerals, metal recycling, glass batches and cullet, abrasives and refractories, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and plastics.
